Establish a robust operational risk and climate risk framework and lead the team to put in place proper processes for risk identification, measurement, assessment, monitoring, management and control.
Monitor and review the operational risks and climate risks related activities which includes but not limited to incident management and periodic stress testing.
Ensure the bank's contingency plans and operational resilience measures are in compliance with the regulatory requirements, in particular overseeing and organizing BCP and OR-2 implementation, testing, drills and event management.
