Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining resident comfort and safety.
The position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Key Requirements
