Component-level diagnostics of electro-mechanical systems
Root cause analysis tools expertise
Documentation and reporting of technical findings
Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Nice-to-have
Experience in electrical or automotive industry
Familiarity with inverter and PCU components
Knowledge of GD&T and FMEA
Bilingual in Japanese
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with electro-mechanical systems diagnostics
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Willingness to travel up to 5%
Intermediate experience with Windows and MS Office
