Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR or Law
  • 10-15 years Industrial/Employee Relations experience
  • Experience supporting Labor Union negotiations
  • Experience with restructurings and M&A impacts
  • Fluent English; additional EU languages a plus
