The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
This on-call role requires assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents while maintaining a calm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene and dressing
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record data on notes, SPAs, and incident reports
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with PCC software systems
Ability to work flexible on-call shifts
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training in specific care tasks performed
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
