  • You will work with a multidisciplinary team developing advanced maritime technologies from prototype design to full-scale system deployment for ongoing Navy missions.
  • Your work will directly support U.S. maritime dominance and national security while collaborating with top-tier engineers and scientists.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • ABET-accredited Industrial Engineering program enrollment
  • Completion of sophomore-level engineering curriculum
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts
  • Ability to obtain DoD security clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with process mapping or time studies
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with CAD tools or simulation software
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA requirement
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
