Caregivers in this role will become skilled at performing venipuncture, capillary sticks and other basic phlebotomy skills before advancing into a Phlebotomist I position within Intermountain Health.
Intermountain Healthcare will cover the cost of tuition and training materials, and pay a salary of $17.14/hr. while students are in training.
After completing the Intermountain Healthcare Phlebotomy Training course, students will be required to interview for open Phlebotomist positions within the Intermountain Laboratory Services and all outreach clinics associate within Laboratory Services.
