Operators will be evaluated based on years of service and leadership skills for potential consideration for Lead and Supervisor positions after completing the Operator Progression Course.
The position requires maintaining a safe work environment by demonstrating leadership with company and industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years plant operations experience
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience with Hydrogen/SMR/acid gas removal units
Proficiency in English speaking and writing
Knowledge of local environmental and safety requirements
