  • To enable the success of senior executives by helping navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions and deliver against their strategic objectives.
  • Recurring responsibilities include managing internal and external stakeholders, developing and enacting local governance procedures in line with Barclays Europe frameworks, drafting Country CEO briefings and communications materials, supporting everyday office administration, and occasionally supporting event organisation.
  • You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
