Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students while assisting nursing staff with training and participating in patient care conferences and utilization review meetings.
Record all evaluations, treatment notes, and documentation in compliance with Occupational Therapy Board State Practice Act and third party payer requirements.
