  • Contribute to the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of accountability mechanisms towards affected populations within a multisectoral humanitarian project.
  • Ensure the management and operation of systems for collecting and managing participant feedback and complaints, serving as the focal point for reception, registration, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with MEAL and program teams to integrate accountability considerations into monitoring and evaluation systems and contribute to documenting lessons learned.
