Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and production of all marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, presentations, and event materials. Execute video editing, motion graphics, and videography (including IG Stories and short-form content) for campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos suitable for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that meet business objectives. Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual content. Review, refine, and ensure quality control of all designs and video content to align with brand guidelines and standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and marketing strategies to innovate and elevate visual storytelling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field. Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with 5+ years in marketing or agency environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video content creation. Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience on managing multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight timelines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Preferred Skills: Experience with photography, photo editing, and basic web design. Experience in videography, lighting, and shooting for social media content. Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.
