Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years post-qualifying experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Lead legal negotiations for complex deals
Experience with IT services vendor transactions
Manage escalation of legal and commercial risks
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement
Experience in Gen/Agentic AI transactions
Background in SaaS or cloud transactions
Previous law firm experience
Ability to train and guide other legal team members
Key Requirements
Minimum 8-12 years post-qualifying experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Deep experience in technology and complex commercial transactions
Understanding of Singapore Government procurement desirable
