** The Heights Post Acute is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support resident care and rehabilitation efforts under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role involves direct patient interaction, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment and safety protocols. **

Job Summary

  • The Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Occupational Therapist with resident related activities and direct resident care.
  • Participate in Resident Care conferences and/or Rehabilitation meetings, as needed.
