• The Consultant, Alternative Funding Division (AFD) plays a key role in supporting the agency’s alternatively funded employer medical plan business by partnering with producer teams to support self-funding initiatives.
• Essential duties include collaborating with producer teams, assessing employer groups for self-funding suitability, developing and pricing RFPs, and providing consultative guidance to clients.
