You will be the thought partner to the BDRs and marketing teams to optimize our inbound funnel, ensuring BDRs have the right tools, processes, playbooks, systems and insights that turn demand into revenue.
Responsibilities include designing infrastructure, BDR playbook design and execution, lifecycle and warm outbound strategy, strategic funnel architecture, and capacity and resource planning.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative operator, strategic thinker, full-stack thinker, time-zone fluid, and technically savvy in Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
