Job Summary
Contribute to the digital transformation of the HR department by intervening directly on tools, process automation, and technical optimization of HR flows.
Design or evolve automated workflows, implement scripts or automations to improve HR process efficiency, and create or enrich dashboards and KPIs by manipulating HR data.
Collaborate with the IT team and editors to follow evolutions, fixes, or incidents (level 2) and contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of tools.
