  • Contribute to the digital transformation of the HR department by intervening directly on tools, process automation, and technical optimization of HR flows.
  • Design or evolve automated workflows, implement scripts or automations to improve HR process efficiency, and create or enrich dashboards and KPIs by manipulating HR data.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and editors to follow evolutions, fixes, or incidents (level 2) and contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of tools.
