The role acts as a critical interface between Generic Product Design and GBE-N project delivery to ensure successful contract outcomes.
Candidates will lead delivery of multiple projects within a pioneering nuclear programme while managing a team of 2–4 project managers.
The position offers a salary range of £60,000 - £78,750 along with a £2,200 benefit allowance and a 12.5% bonus opportunity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Extensive experience delivering complex projects
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Hands-on experience managing multiple packages of work
Technical knowledge of engineering principles
Leadership, coaching, and organisational skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with NEC contracts in infrastructure or nuclear
Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, ARM, SAP
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Project management certification like APM PMQ

Key Requirements
Extensive experience delivering complex projects under NEC contracts
