Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Level 3 electrical engineering qualification
Valid UK driving licence
Hands-on process plant operations experience
SAP system usage for maintenance planning
EHS compliance and safety permit issuance

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Customer-facing communication experience
Ability to work independently across sites
Comfortable working under pressure during turnarounds
Experience mentoring apprentices and supervisors
