  • The Compensation Expert is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, communication and administration of Magna Powertrain’s pay structures, merit processes and incentive programs in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
  • This role closely collaborates with and support the HR Managers in the respective countries with executing Compensation programs and related activities.

Key Requirements

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or classes toward CCP preferred
