Job Summary
The Director directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Concierge, Club Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Guest Experience and in some cases Kids for All Seasons program to ensure guests are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved.
The Director also works closely with Sales and the Director of Revenue/Reservations to enhance the Hotel occupancy levels and rates.

Salary
Base: $150,000 - $160,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Executive level incentive plans; Benefits: health plans and insurance plans, comprehensive benefits package
