  • The Manager of Capital Delivery North oversees the northern Capital Delivery team whose primary function is to provide engineering services and support to safely execute high quality capital projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • This position is responsible for the execution of +/- $80 million in capital project annually, overseeing the technical design, permitting, and providing overall project management from design, construction and through handoff to operations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • California Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Five years of progressive engineering experience
  • Management experience desired
  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering desired
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications desired
  • Water Distribution Grade II Operator Certification
  • Water Treatment Grade II Operator Certification
  • Wastewater design knowledge and certifications desired
  • Valid California Driver License
