The role holder will successfully report and deliver specifications for products that have new or improved performance features compared to previous Castrol or competitors' products.

Must-have
Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
Lubricant development experience
Battery development track record
Product development project management
Novel work program design skills
Nice-to-have
Collaborative working approach
Strong interpersonal communication
Fluent English and Chinese language
German language proficiency preferred
Experience with automotive systems engineering
Key Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related technical discipline
Proven experience in lubricant or battery product research
