Job Summary

  • The Project Coordinator will assist the division to coordinate and monitor construction activities, provide a key point of contact for resident customer service requests, attend CCC/FAC inspections, coordinate with builders on repairs, administrate invoicing and maintain exceptional overall maintenance and cleanliness of communities.
  • Success in this position is dependent on building effective relationships with the consultants, contractors and Site Supervisors of the builders in our Brookfield Residential Communities.

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or similar
