Polpharma Group is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify and develop external partnerships in the consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical laws and partnership negotiations, along with excellent communication and project management skills
Job Summary
Proactively identify emerging technologies, novel ingredients, innovative formats, and healthcare solutions proposed by external Partners to expand the current Portfolio and accelerate growth.
Design and develop strategic partnership models with proper Partner segmentation and metrics to drive the strategic alliance agenda, leading internal preparation for partnership discussions.
Negotiate and recommend for signature all legal documents required with Partners, including CDA’s, Letters of Intent, Termsheets, and various agreement types.
