Key Requirements
Minimum 30 study points in pedagogy and Norwegian as a second language or equivalent
At least 3 years relevant teaching experience (not older than 5 years) as compensation for study points
Norwegian language proficiency at B2 level or higher for non-native speakers
Fulfill minimum two additional criteria such as experience with foreign language teaching, inclusion in working life, recruitment competence, or career guidance
