Representatives are responsible for taking in-coming and out-going calls to patients and insurance companies to resolve patient accounts.
This position will be based Monday through Friday out of our San Antonio, TX office.

Key Requirements

Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, coding, follow-up, finance, accounting, or customer service
