Job Summary

  • Serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects, managing communications, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Own day-to-day coordination of assigned home modification projects, tracking status and driving progress from authorization through installation and closeout.
