The Director of Human Resources manages all aspects of the College’s Human Resources under the direction of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
Duties include coaching administrators, maintaining policy manuals, assisting with the interview/hire process, and developing employee training.
The role involves managing benefits, FMLA, ADA, EEOC requests, serving as Title IX Deputy and FOIA Officer, and leading Workday HCM.
