  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related inquiries and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field
  • 3-4 years experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge of Critical Facilities
  • Knowledge of Local occupational health and safety requirements
  • Knowledge of Vendor management for specialized services
  • Knowledge of Basic technical aspects of property (Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
  • Knowledge of Commercial contracts
