  • Lead the MEP BIM team across Middle East and India, building a strong team culture through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on technical leadership.
  • Own the MEP digital delivery approach on projects, ensuring MEP teams work in line with the Project BEP / Digital Delivery Plan, including modelling, model review, coordination, and information exchange.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and lead improvements through automation and smarter workflows, developing or guiding development of scripts and tools to improve speed and quality for BIM teams and engineers.
