You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, coordinating care plans, and participating in quality assurance and facility surveys.
The role requires active participation in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, equipment management, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
