Job Summary
Owns the development of business cases for ServiceNow HRSD enhancements and elicits and analyzes requests from stakeholders, converting them into functional system requirements.
Builds, configures, and deploys ServiceNow HRSD functionality per Amgen Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and procedures, while communicating and partnering with various teams and suppliers.
Assists in the creation of test cases, participates in change review boards, and leads meetings of cross-functional collaborators to support overall ServiceNow HRSD Service management and governance.
