Job Summary

  • Owns the development of business cases for ServiceNow HRSD enhancements and elicits and analyzes requests from stakeholders, converting them into functional system requirements.
  • Builds, configures, and deploys ServiceNow HRSD functionality per Amgen Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and procedures, while communicating and partnering with various teams and suppliers.
  • Assists in the creation of test cases, participates in change review boards, and leads meetings of cross-functional collaborators to support overall ServiceNow HRSD Service management and governance.
