The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support a minimum of three markets in all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, lockbox reporting, and cash application.
Daily responsibilities include researching discrepancies, posting customer payments in Wide Orbit, and ensuring amounts received match posted amounts for various payment forms.
The role requires close collaboration with station sales staff and management to resolve short pay discrepancies and process credit adjustments timely.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience
Strong Excel skills required
Wide Orbit or OSi experience preferred

Degree in Accounting or Management
High attention to detail
Proactive problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2 years AR or general accounting experience
