Adyen is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Amsterdam to support the growth of its EMEA teams, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in a business partner role within a high-paced environment and will be able to build trust with leaders while driving HR strategies collaboratively

Job Summary

  • Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice.
  • This role will be supporting our local team in France, Germany, and UK as well as other international teams in EMEA across our Commercial groups.
  • You will work closely with leaders to complement them, challenge and coach them on best practices.
