Job Summary
The Project Plant Lead Engineer will play a key role in supporting the sales and business development by providing technical expertise in the design of electrification solutions for the HVDC & EHV/HV Substations.
This individual will be responsible for plant engineering, system design, material selection, quantity estimation, various engineering activities associated for a project and customer technical consultations.
The candidate will also ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer needs while adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, quality requirements and cost-efficiency objectives.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HV (Primary) designs for 132 kV and above
GIS/AIS Substation Engineering
Earthing design, Lightning design, Cable Sizing
Equipment Selection/Sizing as per IEEE/IEC
Answer to client, partners & suppliers technical queries
Evaluation of vendor Drawings, GTP, Calculation & Technical Specs
Nice-to-have
Flexible and quick to learn global developments
Ability to expand the competency domain

Global experience and mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in EHV/ HV AIS & GIS Substation design
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Successful experience in management of engineering teams
