Job Summary

• The Operations Performance & Planning Manager supports the Operations Director in planning, coordinating and executing key operational initiatives, while building a structured approach to operational performance tracking, KPI management, process optimisation and capacity planning.
• This role is designed to address increasing operational complexity driven by business growth, higher volumes, multi-site coordination and cross-functional dependencies, enabling faster decision-making, improved efficiency and scalable operational execution.
