Job Summary

  • Ensures the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes by utilizing BMS and CMMS.
  • Plans and schedules the day to day activities of technical facility maintenance teams, orders required parts, and requests and coordinates subcontracted service.
  • Assure all work is documented and work orders are closed in the CMMS, including all labor, materials, and history.
