Key Requirements
3-5 years facilities operations experience
Previous supervisory or lead experience
Working knowledge of building systems
Familiarity with healthcare regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Proficient with CMMS and computer applications
Ability to walk extensively
Capable of climbing stairs and ladders
