Must-have

  • Minimum 10 years transaction management experience
  • OREA license required
  • Experience managing corporate real estate portfolios nationally
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

  • Argus software proficiency preferred
  • CoreNet Global MCR designation preferred
  • Familiarity with IFRS lease accounting issues
  • Experience with Workplace Strategy and Flexible Office solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively

Key Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or real estate
  • OREA license is mandatory
  • 10+ years directly involved with transaction management
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • National portfolio management experience across Canada required
