Job Summary

  • You will collaborate with Commercial teams to develop brand forecasts for strategic brands and early assets at AstraZeneca.
  • The role requires integrating insights from market research and secondary data analysis into forecast assumptions using industry-standard tools.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring three days per week in the office at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years pharmaceutical forecasting experience
  • Expertise in IQVIA MIDAS DDD NPA Xponent data
  • Strong Excel financial modelling and forecasting skills
  • Experience with US TRx NBRx NRx data methodologies
  • Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced degree such as PhD MBA or Masters
  • Knowledge of sophisticated statistical AI ML automation
  • Experience working with Power Apps and PowerBI
  • Understanding of US Market Access gross-to-net
  • Proven problem solving and continuous improvement skills

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years direct Pharmaceutical forecasting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of forecasting techniques and models
  • Experience with rare diseases OBU patient pathways
  • Strong analytical expertise in Excel and financial modelling
