The Senior Manager, Chief of Staff is responsible for developing, managing, and evolving operational excellence within the Office of the President and owns the Canada routines and narratives central to Canada Card’s strategy.
This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive organizational excellence by solving challenges, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools to improve transparency, consistency, and scalability.
Capital One Canada offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office, located conveniently across the street from Union Station in Toronto.
