Job Summary
This role is key in optimizing HR workflows with Wordday, improve data & analytics capabilities, and ongoing management of the HRIS system for the firm.
Collaborate with Tech teams, implementation partners, and our HR Functional teams in this exciting journey of continuous implementation, optimization, adoption, and embedding Wordday and associated HR Systems for Ares Management.
Provide technical consultation to business partners and centers of expertise (CoEs) to enable their program vision.

Key Requirements
