Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Director of Credit Risk Oversight to lead our Second Line of Defense (2LOD) credit risk function, supporting our unsecured and secured personal loan products.
• This role will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the credit risk governance framework across the consumer lending portfolio, including credit underwriting, pricing, loan amount, portfolio performance, credit policy governance, and risk appetite.
• This role will also be instrumental in building and scaling the 2LOD credit oversight team, ensuring strong alignment with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management practices.
