Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the Treatment Nurse (LVN) position is to provide specialized skin care and wound treatment services to residents in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
• The Treatment Nurse is responsible for monitoring resident skin integrity, administering treatments, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with federal and state guidelines.
• Accurately document resident assessments, treatments, and responses in the medical record and maintain confidentiality of resident information and Protected Health Information (PHI).

Key Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required
• Current LVN license in the State of California
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, wound care, or long-term care preferred
• Wound care experience or certification preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
