This role serves as the primary technical focal point between customers and the division for escalations, fleet performance, and system improvements.
The position involves providing Alpha and Beta site support for the installation, operation, and testing of new hardware, software, and processes.
Candidates will generate and present critical system performance data including MTBF, Availability, and process spending analysis while ensuring field implementation.

Salary
Base: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included
