Lead and support the implementation of a new core banking system across 10+ APAC countries while managing project activities and coordinating stakeholders.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, monitor deliverables, and ensure risks are tracked and mitigated effectively within scope and budget.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, dashboards, and status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
