• This role leads the use of insight and evaluation across the directorate, improving the impact and targeting of communications through audience understanding and feedback, while acting as a centre of expertise and building capability across the team.
• The Strategy and Planning team leads the overall strategic direction of our Communications Directorate, ensuring all communications activities are coordinated and aligned with our Business and Communications Plan.
