Responsibilities include advising clients on strategies, managing vendor prequalification, assessing proposals, managing estimating services, cost reporting, cost control, and final accounting.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Construction consultancy experience preferred
Experience supporting cost management on medium or large construction projects
