Job Summary

  • The Supplier Quality Team Leader will develop a supplier quality strategy work plan for a segment of the Structural Castings commodity/part family, ensuring alignment with the SQ leader’s vision for the entire team.
  • Drive improved supplier quality and execution of supplier Quality Assessment and Targeted Action Plans to clear understanding of supplier capabilities and targeted actions for improvement.
  • Develop competencies of the Supplier Quality team, in order to continually improve technical capabilities of the team to understand and relate to the product from a design technology perspective.
